In this musical adventure, Iris, a spirited 5-year old must get ready for bed AND battle droves of fierce pajama monsters, all before her mom comes to tuck her in. This project is the culmination of various tech storytelling experiments. I used text-to-3D generators, voice synthesis, music generators, motion capture, HDRI creators, lip-sync AI, and more—all brought together and animated in Unreal Engine. In under three weeks, I wrote, animated, voiced, performance-captured, and produced everything this entire short film, pretty much on my own. It’s not perfect, but it showcases how AI tools can supercharge indie production.
